YARRA VALLEY REGION
Chateau Yering, Yering 
Deluxe/5 star rating. This heritage listed Victorian mansion on 250 acres, borders the Yarra River and is set amidst established gardens dating from 1854. The luxury period accommodation and award winning Eleonore's Restaurant boast some of the best rural vistas in Victoria, whilst the lounges and sitting room are a showcase for fine paintings and antique furniture.  The accommodation at Chateau Yering consists of 20 suites, including 12 River Suites, individually decorated with different colour schemes.   Word has spread quickly of the high standard of food and accommodation and the hotel is full on most weekends.  Chateau Yering ...  
 
BENDIGO REGION
Shamrock Hotel, Bendigo
Standard/3 star.  The historic Shamrock Hotel is centrally located in Bendigo, close to restaurants, galleries and tourist attractions. Guest facilities include a cafe, bar, comfortable lounges and gaming room. Bedroom features include individually controlled air conditioning and heating, colour TV, radio, phone, refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities.

Bendigo is at the centre of a major goldrush area adding an extra touring dimension to the area. Sited at the junction of five highways, it is central for trips to many other gold towns nearby. Discover some of Victoria's colonial architecture, the Central Deborah Gold Mine and the cultural legacy left by the Goldfield's many Chinese migrants at the Golden Dragon Museum and Chinese Joss House.  The craft of old Bendigo lives on at Australia's oldest working pottery, the Bendigo Pottery (1858).

Woodman Estate

The Woodman Estate is a country house hotel set in 50 acres of pasture and bush on the Mornington Peninsula, less than an hour from central Melbourne.  The hotel overlooks its own lake and island and has beautifully appointed, individually designed guest rooms.  There are 3 lakeside chalets which are right on the water's edge.
