The Winery at Tower Lodge .. |
| The winery makes small quantities of
wine, up to 1000 cases, from classic varieties sourced from those areas
in Australia best suited to a particular variety.
The winery is set up for hand made wines, beginning with hand picked
grapes through to the hand sorting table and on to the open fermenters
that are hand plunged or foot stomped daily.
Tower Estate is one of the Hunter’s newest working boutique
wineries. Winemaker, Dan Dineen a graduate of Roseworthy College,
believes that limiting production allows for an uncompromising approach
to his winemaking and affords him the opportunity to concentrate on
small parcels of super premier wine. Tastings available from
10.00-5.00pm daily.
