Great Ocean Road Explorer   1 night/2 days
A good trip for making the most of your time in Victoria and exploring the famous scenery of the Great Ocean Road and the neighbouring Otway Ranges. 
Itinerary:
Day 1
You are picked up from your Melbourne hotel at 9.00am and travel via Geelong, on the western side of Port Phillip Bay, to the Great Ocean Road where you will see some of the world's most spectacular coastal coastal scenery.  Follow the Great Ocean Road to the surging surf coast and see hundreds of kangaroos living on the fairways at the Anglesea Golf Course and take a little bush adventure up the Grey River Road trying to spot kangaroos in the wild.  Lunch is at one of the many high standard restaurants and cafes in Anglesea or Lorne and your overnight accommodation is in Apollo Bay. There is the option of a game of golf at Anglesea (own expense) where clubs can be hired.
Day 2
Travel on through the Otway Ranges and take a rainforest walk at Mait's Rest.  Then back to the sea to the rugged Shipwreck Coast where you will see the amazing rock formations of The Twelve Apostles, London Bridge (a bridge no more) and  Loch Ard Gorge, the latter the scene of a great shipping disaster.  Your return route to Melbourne, with an opportunity to visit an organic cheese maker, takes you through the Heytsbury dairy farming region to Colac on the western plains and back to Melbourne.

Melbourne to Adelaide Journey (or Adelaide to Melbourne)  2 nights/3 days
A relaxing way to travel between the cities and explore some wonderful country en route. Operates all year round.
Itinerary:
Day 1
Around 9:00am. you are picked up from your Melbourne hotel and travel to the Great Ocean Road and on through the attractive coastal resort towns of Lorne and  Apollo Bay, where the road hugs the coast.  Then travel inland through the lush Otway Ranges temperate rain forest and back to the coast to Port Campbell National Park, where you will see the spectacular rock formations of The 12 Apostles, the remains of London Bridge and poignant Loch Ard Gorge. 
Your overnight destination is Quamby Homestead (circa 1888), a gracious example of the Victorian era full of charm and old world hospitality, where fine food and wine and open fires await you. Wake to the sounds of the Australian bush songs and take the opportunity to stroll through the magnificent  gardens. According to availability, an alternative, similar standard of accommodation may be offered in Port Fairy. 
Day 2
Travel on via Grampians Mountains National Park for bush walking, scenic lookouts, Aboriginal culture, wildflowers (over 850 species in spring) and even see a kangaroo or wallaby.  Alternatively, 'Sea Lovers' can choose to keep following the coast via Port Fairy, Portland and Mt. Gambier,  with its volcanic craters and lakes, and then on to to the Coonawarra premium wine growing district.  A tasting at one or two of the many renowned wineries is recommended.  Overnight accommodation is at Chardonnay Lodge, Coonawarra or at Lakeside Country House, Robe. 
Day 3
Travel via the pretty seaside village of Robe, followed by the Coorong National Park on the Younghusband Peninsula.  The Coorong has an abundance of marine and bird life.  It is also rich in Aboriginal history and dreamtime stories on how this area was created.  Then cross the mighty Murray River on a tiny ferry near to where the river enters Lake Alexandrina before emptying into the Southern Ocean.
Travel on through the up-and-coming Langhorne Creek wine region, Strathalbyn and the picturesque Adelaide Hills to the quaint early German settlement of Hahndorf, arriving in Adelaide late afternoon.
