1. DARWIN and NEARBY. Darwin is Australia’s most northern city and gateway to Top End highlights like Kakadu and Litchfield National Parks, Bathurst and Melville Islands, the Cobourg Peninsula and Arnhem Land
2. TOP END including KAKADU and ARNHEMLAND. Kakadu National Park is World Heritage-listed for its Aboriginal significance and its beauty, whilst remote Arnhemland is an Aboriginal Reserve with some amazing rock art galleries
3. KATHERINE to TENNANT CREEK. Highlights include Nitmiluk (Katherine Gorge), Mataranka Thermal Pool and the Devils Marbles Conservation Reserve
4. RED CENTRE including ULURU and ALICE SPRINGS. Uluru (Ayers Rock), Kata Tjuta (Olgas), Kings Canyon, the MacDonnell Ranges and Alice Springs are amongst the many features of central Australia
