Nature's Window, Kalbarri National Park © Tourism WA Spend the day exploring the Kalbarri National Park. The rugged terrain and relative seclusion of the Murchison Gorge attracts many visitors. Short walks provide moderately easy access to lookouts along the river gorge. A key attraction is Nature’s Window, a natural rock arch that superbly frames the upstream view, it is around 400 metre walk from the car park and picnic area. For those who like more adventure the 8km loop trail beginning and ending at Nature’s Window, provides a unique gorge experience.

Day 4 Kalbarri - Monkey Mia
 (approx. 400 km)
Travel back onto the Brand Highway you will notice the scenery change and the sense that you are heading further away from civilisation. Two hours into the journey is a stop at the Billabong Roadhouse, this is a true country roadhouse where the service is friendly with some effort, more used to visiting Truck drivers than tourists. But it is the only stop along the way, from here it is around two hours to Monkey Mia. Travel through the town site of Denham onto the Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort, which is located on a visually stunning and unique section of coastline. Monkey Mia is known for it's Marine life and there are Dolphin feedings both evening and during the day. Check with reception on arrival for current times. The dolphin feeding is quite regulated by the rangers but still an opportunity to see dolphins close up. They also visit the bay outside feeding times, and as a side show is the pelicans and others that come in for feeding time. However remember that both the dolphins and pelicans are wild and their appearing is a very regular occurrence, but is not absolutely guaranteed. However, Monkey Mia is a truly relaxing spot.
2 nights: Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort garden room (including full breakfast)
