Two hours into the journey is a stop at the Billabong Roadhouse, this is a true country roadhouse where the service is friendly with some effort, more used to visiting Truck drivers than tourists. Monkey Mia is known for it's Marine life and there are Dolphin feedings both evening and during the day. Check with reception on arrival for current times. The dolphin feeding is quite regulated by the rangers but still an opportunity to see dolphins close up.
