Lemonthyme Lodge is a wilderness retreat situated 65 km south of Devonport and 30 minutes from Cradle Mountain/Lake St Clair National Park.  It is approached over 8 km of unsealed road and is set amid temperate rainforest on the side of a valley, just above Lake Cethana.
   
Lemonthyme Lodge Facilities
First Class/Boutique.  The Lodge has a restaurant, cocktail bar and guest laundry.  Each room has a fridge, hairdryer, ironing facilities, mini bar and tea/coffee making.
 

Activities
A guest activities programme is currently in place allowing guests to self guide themselves on the numerous walks and 4WD tracks in the area and there is an evening wildlife observation session on the Lodge verandah at around 9.00 pm each day.

Morning Meander 
Why not take a delightful early morning stroll in the cool morning air around the Fern Glade walk and listen to the wild whistles of the native bird life. 
Duration - approximately 45 mins.
Champagne Falls and Bridal Veil Falls 
Walk through temperate rainforests and view the canopy of the tall forests in the valley below on your way to spectacular Champagne Falls cascading over volcanic rock cliffs and lovely Bridal Veil Falls.
Duration  - approximately 2.5 - 3 hours.
The Lodge also organises a number of 4WD and other tours, bookable at the hotel, for which charges apply.  Other activities in the area include mountain biking, horse riding, c\scenic flights, night walking and gold panning.
 
Accommodation
All the cabins are built on top of large tree poles to elevate the rear balcony and take full advantage of the wonderful views.

 
1 Bedroom Tree Top Tub Cabin
The deluxe 1 bedroom tub cabins have been designed to create a relaxed  stay in the tree tops. Heating is by gas heater and there is a bathtub to enjoy after a day exploring the wilderness. All the cabins come with a roomy bathroom and a protected balcony.  Has 1 queen bed.
1 Bedroom Tree Top Spa Cabin
The deluxe 1 bedroom spa cabins have also been designed for relaxed stay in the tree tops. Heating is by combustion wood heater and there is a luxury spa bath to enjoy after a day exploring the wilderness. The cabins come with a large bathroom and a protected balcony.  Has 1 queen bed.


Luxury  Wilderness Spa Suite
Enjoy memorable vistas across the forest to the distant escarpment. Sitting in a spa opening onto the balcony in your luxury spa suite, with perhaps champagne to sip is the ultimate experience. The luxury spa suites are designed for two adults to enjoy a true experience of luxury in the wilderness. With a beautiful lounge room area, bedroom and large bathroom spa area, TV, DVD, CD Stereo, balcony and relaxing romantic views.
