Situated on a 10,000 acre working cattle station in Queensland's Lockyer Valley, just
over 60 minutes drive south west of Brisbane, Hidden Vale is surrounded by
picturesque mountains, valleys and lakes.The property was first settled in the early 1800s and its 1920s
homestead has recently been revived with a touch of luxury. Hidden Vale gives you the opportunity to gain an insight into the workings of a modern cattle property, but with all the comforts that you would expect of a
exclusive retreat and the elegance of a bygone era.

Hidden Vale is about
1 hour south west of Brisbane on the Cunningham Highway for those self driving.
Luxury coach or limousine transfers are available from Brisbane and you can
also take a train from Brisbane to Rosewood.

All the accommodation at Hidden Vale is decorated in country themes, mostly
having sweeping views over the Lockyer Valley from large
verandahs. Some rooms have fireplaces.
Cottage Rooms (13) have either a double or queen bed, a television, mini bar refrigerator, and a separate bathroom with shower.
Valley Rooms (13) are larger rooms with either queen or king beds, television, mini bar refrigerator, and a separate bathroom with shower. Some of these rooms have entry sitting rooms.
Heritage Rooms (4) are all individual suites complete with sitting rooms, verandahs with spectacular views and spa baths. Also within rooms are televisions and mini bar.

Enjoy a drink in the lounge or on the verandah overlooking the pool before moving into Cotton's restaurant, named after one of the early pioneer families who once owned the property.
A high standard of modern cuisine is served in the charming original
homestead setting, with an innovative menu prepared from fresh
local produce and matched with a superb wine list.
