Oceanic
Discoverer (formerly Oceanic Princess) is
a purpose built 63 metre luxury cruise expedition ship, new for the 2005
season. Oceanic Princess offers the facilities you would
expect of larger ships including a choice of superior accommodation
grades, super queen or twin size bed configurations, Italian en suite
bathrooms, independently controlled air conditioning, cocktail bars, spa
pool, sundeck, library, lecture lounge with large plasma screen,
powerpoint/slide/video facilities, phone, facsimile and internet.
Oceanic Princess has been designed to offer superior comfort for
cruising but retains a shallow draft to allow safe access to the mighty
rivers and scenic inlets the Kimberley has to offer. She carries a
specially designed 76 passenger high speed exploration vessel and a
fleet of Zodiacs to enable you to explore the remote Kimberley.Oceanic Princess carries 76 guests |

Coral Princess is a 35 metre catamaran and also offers all the
facilities you would expect of larger ships including a choice of air
conditioned accommodation grades, double or twin bed configurations, en
suite bathrooms, cocktail bar, spa pool, sundeck, library, lecture

facsimile. She has a shallow draft for safe access to the rivers

11.00am departure. Evening: Captain's 'Welcome Aboard' Cocktail Party. DAY 2: Exploration of King George River and scenic Tranquil Bay. DAY 3: Long Reef - reef walk, swim and snorkel. Fishing. Cassini Island. Beach BBQ at sunset.
DAY 4: Bigge Island - exploration of Aboriginal and 'Bradshaw' rock
paintings. Beach and island walks.DAY 5: Hunter River - river island and beach excursions. Fishing, crabbing. Optional scenic helicopter flights (approx.A$300). Surveyor and Mitchell Falls. Mitchell Plateau. DAY 6: Cruise Careening Bay to St George Basin. Crocodile spotlighting, river exploration. DAY 7: Prince Regent River excursion to picturesque Camp Creek and remote Kings Cascades falls. Exploration, freshwater swimming, scenic waterfalls. DAY 8: Montgomery Reef - reef walk, marine life study Talbot Bay, pearling operation, Horizontal Falls, unique tidal waterfalls.
