| WEATHER Perth - with its Mediterranean climate is the perfect sunny Australian capital city, averaging eight hours of sunshine a day, year round. It has four seasons, with average temperatures of around 30º Celsius in summer and around 18º Celsius in winter. January to March are usually the hottest months, with temperatures sometimes rising to 40º Celsius at this time. However, the heat is dry and the 'Fremantle Doctor' - a refreshing south westerly ocean breeze - can be relied upon to bring mid-afternoon relief. |
