Class grading. The Rendezvous Observation City Hotel is
located on the beach, on the edge of the Indian Ocean at
Scarborough. The hotel has a swimming pool, children's wading
pool, spa, fitness centre, sauna, children's recreation centre, 2 tennis
courts, 4 restaurants, 3 bars and 24 hour room service. Each room
has its own private balcony with ocean views, mini bar, tea/coffee
making facilities, TV, in room movies, ironing facilities, direct
control air conditioning, alarm clock and hairdryer. The only
really high rise building in the vicinity - it can be seen for miles
away.

| Standard grading. West Beach Lagoon is ideally
located at Scarborough a 50 metre walk from the beach and close
by to local restaurants and shops. Perth and
Fremantle are each about a 20 minute drive away. The accommodation is
in 2-bedroom apartments and the complex has restaurants, swimming pool,
spa and sauna, BBQ area and laundry facilities. Each apartment
has climate control, kitchen facilities, TV and in house videos
and a lounge and dining area. |

Seashells Scarborough Beach |
Standard/First Class grading. Situated overlooking
the ocean at Scarborough Beach, all its 2-bedroom apartments
offer ocean views and large balconies, air conditioning and fully equipped
kitchens. Facilities include reception, 2 swimming pools,
outdoor entertaining area, gymnasium and child minding.
A minimum 2 night stay is required at Seashells. |

 First Class. A
Victorian hotel which was originally lovingly restored, revamped and extended for the
Americas Cup Yacht Race off Fremantle in 1987. Set opposite
the harbour it has 2 restaurants, 2 heated pools, fitness centre, 3 spas
and sauna, laundry. Rooms are air-conditioned with tea/coffee
making, iron, TV. Right in the heart of fashionable Fremantle and
we get very positive feedback from clients who have stayed at the
Esplanade.
