BRIEF GRANDSTAND DETAILS:

Senna Grandstand: 
Located at the southern end of Pit Straight.  It will give you superb views of the main straight and Pit Entry plus a first hand view of the final turn as the cars make their dash to the finish line. The rest of the drama is larger than life with a super-screen positioned opposite. Food, bars and the Restaurant Village are located nearby.
 
Schumacher Grandstand: 
Ideally positioned for those taking a camera. The Schumacher Stand is situated on Turn 15 and gets you up very close to the cars, the action and the Pit Entry. The super-screen directly opposite brings the action to life. Food and bar facilities are close by.  Wheelchair accessible viewing for people with a disability, is located directly in front of row 'A' of the Schumacher Stand.
 
Brabham Stand: (A$290 upgrade supplement per person)
This stand is located between Turns 1 and 2 on the inside of the track at the northern end of the main straight.  You will be as close as you can get to all the drama and action of Turns 1 and 2 without being in one of the cars. There is also a super-screen directly opposite to enable you to keep in touch with all the action around the course.
 
Jones Stand: (A$290 upgrade supplement per person)
Located at Turn 1 on the outside of the track at the northern end of the main straight.   being positioned at the popular first chicane, it gives you fantastic close up view of the driving action in Turns 1 and 2. With a super-screen directly opposite you will not miss a single gear change or passing manoeuvre.

BATMAN'S HILL on COLLINS HOTEL
Standard Grade. 190 rooms. Convenient location near Southern Cross Railway Station and a few minutes walk from Crown Casino and major shops. Rooms have TV, tea/coffee making, air-conditioning. Has restaurant and bar.
 
OAKS ON MARKET HOTEL
Standard. Offers guests 317 luxuriously appointed studio, 1 and 2 bedroom fully self contained apartments. Guests can indulge in extra luxuries like rooms with stunning Yarra views, individual stereo systems, climate control, an indoor heated lap pool, fully equipped gymnasium, spa and sauna.

Superior. 135 one and two bedroom apartments with separate living and dining areas, fully-equipped kitchens and extensive modern amenities. Very convenient location in the city centre. Has fully equipped gym, swim spa and sauna.
 
PARK HYATT
Deluxe. 240 rooms. Located just outside the city centre but within easy walking distance. The superbly appointed large rooms are a delight to stay in. Has tennis court, indoor pool, health spa and choice of bars and restaurants. Excellent.
